Free WIOA Title I Services
Eligible adults, dislocated workers, and youth can access a wide range of no-cost workforce services designed to help you find stable, good-paying work.
Career Counseling & Planning
Work one-on-one with a career advisor to assess your skills, explore career options, and build a personalized employment plan.
Occupational Skills Training
Access funding for certificate programs, vocational training, and approved training providers to gain in-demand credentials.
Job Search Assistance
Get help with resume writing, job applications, interview preparation, and connecting to employer hiring events in your area.
Adult Education & Literacy
Improve basic skills, earn your high school equivalency (HSED/GED), or strengthen English language proficiency.
Supportive Services
Financial assistance for transportation, childcare, work clothing, tools, and other barriers that can prevent you from succeeding in training or employment.
Youth Employment Programs
Young adults ages 14–24 can access tutoring, work experience, mentorship, financial literacy, and year-round employment opportunities.
Who Can Apply?
WIOA Title I services are available to adults, dislocated workers, and youth who meet certain criteria. You may qualify if you are:
- 18 or older and seeking employment or career advancement
- A dislocated worker who has been laid off or received a notice of layoff
- A veteran or eligible spouse of a veteran
- A youth between the ages of 14–24 facing barriers to employment
- An individual with a disability
- Someone who receives or recently stopped receiving public assistance
- A low-income individual or family
- An English language learner or individual with low literacy levels
