Windows to Work (W2W)

Windows to Work (W2W) in Wood County is an offender reentry program that focuses on working with inmates located at the Wood County Jail prior to their release, and up to one year post release. The program is designed to assist offenders in making their transition back into the community successful by providing core curriculum content to include: Criminal and Addictive Behavior/Thinking, General Work Skills and Expectations, Financial Literacy, Community Resources, Job Seeking, Applications and Resume services to eligible Wood County Jail inmates. The education, support, and other services provided are intended to reduce recidivism and increase community safety.
