windows 2 work logoWindows to Work (W2W) is a reentry program for inmates located at the Wood County Jail.  W2W reentry services are provided in the jail prior to their release, and up to one year post release in coordination with the Department of Community Corrections.  W2W can also provide post release services to those returning from State institutions. The services are designed to assist offenders in making their transition back into the community successful by providing core curriculum content to include Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Offenders Seeking Employment (CBI-EMP) to address criminal and addictive behavior/thinking.  Other curriculum content includes financial education, accessing community resources and general employability skills and expectations.  The education, support, and other services provided are intended to reduce recidivism and increase community safety
